姫路城周辺の樹木剪定と巨大化するごみ山 Tree pruning around Himeji Castle and a huge branches mountain

姫路城周辺では相変わらず、姫路市職員によって毎日のように樹木の剪定が行われています。その剪定された幹や枝、葉などは、きちんと処分されることなく、シロトピア公園の片隅に何年にもわたり放置され、さらに日々の剪定ごみが上積みされ、巨大化が進む一方です。文化財の防火について、姫路市は日ごろ市民対してもうるさく、事前通告なしに可燃物の一部強制的な撤去（非合法）が日々行われているにも関わらず、自分たちが日々出している可燃物ごみについては特別史跡地内に山積み放置したままです。あの巨大な枯れ木の山にもし放火でもされたら、誰が責任をとるのでしょうか。

Trees are pruned on a daily basis by Himeji City officials around Himeji Castle. The pruned trunks, branches, and leaves are left in a corner of Shirotopia Park for many years without being properly disposed of, and daily pruned waste is piled up and becomes huge. The combustible waste that is present is still piled up in the special historic site. Who will take responsibility if that huge pile of dead trees is set on fire?
