近年、姫路城ではやたら杭とロープが目に付くようになった。

あちらこちらにロープが張られ、市民や観光客の立ち入りを制限するようになった。

すべて姫路市職員が市民に対して何の予告もなく、一方的に行ったものである。

この白いロープだらけの状態が景観を台無しにするとともに、市民の自由をも奪っている。

以前は上ることのできたお濠の土手に行けない。

以前は遊べた芝生の広場に入ることができない。

以前歩くことのできた道が歩けない。

これは姫路城だけでなく、街路を歩いていても同様である。

せっかくきれいに整備された街路も、ロープによる不必要な立入禁止措置で、景観が台無しにされている。

行政による管理主義の姿勢が、こうしたところにもはっきりと表れている。

In recent years, stakes and ropes have become noticeable at Himeji Castle. Rope was stretched here and there to restrict the entry of citizens and tourists. All were done unilaterally by Himeji City officials without any notice to the citizens. This white rope-filled condition ruins the landscape and deprives citizens of their freedom. I can't go to the bank of the moat that I could climb before. I can't enter the grassy plaza where I used to play. I can't walk the road I used to walk. This applies not only to Himeji Castle but also to walking on the streets. Even the well-maintained streets are ruined by unnecessary rope closures. The attitude of managementism by the administration is clearly shown in these places as well.

以前上ることのできた土手の石段にはすべてロープが張られ、立入を制限している。

三之丸中央の芝生広場も入れなくなった。

以前歩けた道が突然歩けなくなった。

姫路城から姫路駅へと通じる大手前通り。ロープがなければ、とてもきれいな通り。
